These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of overrideintelligence.ai and the analysis tool available through it (together, the "Service"), operated by Override Intelligence ("Override Intelligence," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the site, using the free sample, or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
The Service is intended for individuals aged 18 or older, using it for their own personal, non-commercial investment research. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Override Intelligence is a self-directed research and scenario-analysis tool. It applies a fixed, published analytical framework to publicly available macroeconomic data to produce an Override Score, scenario probabilities, a portfolio stress test, and related outputs. It is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
The Service is not investment advice. Nothing produced by the Service — the Override Score, scenario probabilities, stress-test results, model portfolios, or any other output — constitutes a personalized recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or a substitute for advice from a qualified, licensed financial professional. Override Intelligence is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.
Because the Service grants immediate digital access to the full analysis, methodology, and downloadable materials at the moment of purchase, purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, or access failed to work as described, contact support@overrideintelligence.ai and we'll work with you directly — every request is reviewed personally.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own individual investment research. You may not:
The Service — including its design, text, methodology, "Override Score" and related terminology, downloadable worksheet, and generated reports — is the property of Override Intelligence and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing access grants you a license to use the Service as described above; it does not transfer ownership of any underlying intellectual property to you.
The Service draws on data from public institutional sources (including the Federal Reserve, Bureau of Labor Statistics, and others cited within the tool). While we take care in how this data is applied, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data, and we are not responsible for errors or delays in the underlying sources. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Override Intelligence and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or investment value, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any investment decisions you make based on its outputs. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Override Intelligence harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Stripe (payment processing) and Google (analytics and advertising measurement). Your use of those providers' services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms, including unauthorized sharing of access or attempts to scrape or reverse engineer the Service. Because access is a one-time purchase rather than a subscription, termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
We may update the Service — including its methodology, data sources, and features — at any time, and all future updates are included in your original purchase at no extra charge. We may also revise these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
