Privacy Policy

Override Intelligence ("Override Intelligence," "we," "us," or "our") operates overrideintelligence.ai and the analysis tool available through it (together, the "Service"). This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what choices you have. It applies to visitors, free-sample users, and paying customers alike.

Information We Collect

We collect as little as the Service needs to function. Specifically:

• Payment information. Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We never receive, see, or store your card number, bank details, or other raw payment credentials. Stripe shares back with us only the confirmation that a payment succeeded, the email address you paid with, and a transaction reference, so we can grant you access.
• Email address. Used to send your access link and receipt, and to respond if you email support@overrideintelligence.ai.
• Usage and analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate product usage — pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location derived from IP address (city/region level, not precise geolocation), referral source, and in-product events such as viewing your Override Score, running a stress test, or downloading a report. GA4 sets cookies to do this. If you arrive via a Google Ads campaign, Google Ads conversion tracking may also record that a conversion (e.g., a purchase) occurred, so we can measure whether our advertising is working — it does not give us access to your personal browsing outside our site.
• Portfolio and financial inputs. The allocation sliders and stress-test inputs inside the tool are calculated entirely in your browser, on your device. They are never transmitted to our servers, logged, or seen by us — this is a fact of how the tool is built, not a policy we could change later. We do not ask for and do not want account numbers, holdings statements, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial identifiers.

Cookies

The Service uses cookies set by Google Analytics (GA4) and, where applicable, Google Ads conversion tracking. These are used only for analytics and measuring advertising performance — not to build advertising profiles for resale. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies won't prevent you from using the Service; it only limits what we can measure.

How We Use Information

• To process your payment and grant access to the tool
• To send transactional email — access links, receipts, and responses to support requests
• To understand, in aggregate, how the Service is used, so we can improve it
• To measure whether our advertising is reaching the right people
• To comply with applicable law, including tax and financial record-keeping obligations

We do not use your data to generate personalized financial advice, and we do not sell personal data to third parties, ever.

Who We Share Data With

We share data only with the service providers who need it to operate the Service, and only to the extent necessary:

• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Google LLC (Google Analytics / Google Ads) — analytics and advertising measurement. See Google's privacy policy.

We do not share your data with data brokers, and we do not sell it. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Override Intelligence or our users.

Data Retention

We retain transactional records (payment confirmation, email address) for as long as needed to provide support, honor access rights, and meet tax and legal record-keeping obligations. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings. Portfolio and financial inputs are never retained by us in the first place, since they never leave your browser.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or CCPA (California) to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. Since we collect very little personal data to begin with — an email address and a payment confirmation — most requests are simple to fulfill. Email support@overrideintelligence.ai to make a request, and we'll respond personally, generally within a few business days.

Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for adults making their own investment-research decisions. It is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under the age of 18.

International Users

Override Intelligence is based in, and primarily serves, the United States and Canada. If you access the Service from outside these regions, your information may be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction.

Security

We rely on reputable, PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure (Stripe) for anything payment-related, and we architecturally avoid collecting sensitive financial data in the first place rather than relying solely on after-the-fact security measures. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable, industry-standard steps to protect the limited data we do hold.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision. Material changes affecting how we handle your data will be communicated by email to customers where practical.
